Listed below are answers to commonly asked questions regarding Created to Inspire (C2I) products, orders, and shipping. We strive to update this page as often as needed to make sure our customers stay informed and up-to-date on C2I. General
How do I enter a discount code? The field to enter your discount code does not appear until after you have entered your address and shipping information during the checkout process. This will be the last step before finalizing your order. If using a discount code fore "Free Shipping", select the default shipping method, and enter the discount code on the following page. The code will then remove any shipping costs from the order.
Shipping
What are the processing/shipping times, and when can I expect to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary depending on the type of shipping service selected during checkout. Once an order is delivered to the United States Postal Service (USPS), we will provide you with a tracking number for your order. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times thereafter.
Returns and Cancellations
I decided I don't want or need the item I purchased. Can I return my order? Unfortunately, C2I does not accept any returns at this time. However, if an item was damaged during transit, we will gladly supply a return label for the damaged item, and either refund the price of the item, or replace it (if in stock) at no additional cost.
I ordered the wrong item, can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to keep your order active, but change an item for a different in-stock item, please email inspiredbyehra@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we will gladly help.
